The West Midlands’ 23 Most Wanted: Police want to bang them up in time for Christmas – can you help them

They’re the people police want to spend Christmas behind bars.

The people in this article are currently wanted by West Midlands Police – and if you know them you’re urged to get in touch with the force immediately.

From a guilty sex trafficker on the run to a man wanted on suspicion of attempted murder, officers need your help in catching them and taking them off the streets.

In addition to the faces featured throughout the year, West Midlands Police have also released a number of wanted faces from December they also need your help in finding.

If you recognise any of the people featured in the video above, you can reach police on 101 or by using their live web chat service available from 8am to midnight.

Abdirabi Mohamud

In August, West Midlands Police put out an appeal to find 18-year-old Abdirabi Mohamud, known to the Small Heath area of Birmingham.

Mohamud is wanted on suspicion of attempted murder and detectives launched a media appeal as part of on-going efforts to trace him.

West Midlands Police revealed to BirminghamLive in December he is still a wanted man following an incident that took place on Coventry Road on February 18, 2019.

If seen, members of the public are advised not to approach Mohamud directly, and should call 999 instead.

Robert Enescu

Officers in the West Midlands also need your help at home and abroad in finding Robert Enescu from Coventry.

The 26-year-old was found guilty of of sex trafficking after he put a woman in a taxi with a bag of 50 condoms and the taxi driver called the police who then saved the woman who police say had been forced into prostitution.

Enquiries by investigators revealed Enescu kept the woman – who was three months’ pregnant – prisoner in squalid conditions in a property in Coventry for two days.

He had been found guilty of sex trafficking but absconded before his trial after being granted bail by the courts in September 2019.

West Midlands Police are also working with Europol to try and find Enescu and “bring him to justice”.

Bianca Haralampie

Officers in the Black Country need your help in finding Bianca Haralampie after a pensioner was targeted for her money at a cash machine in Rowley Regis.

Police want to speak to Haralampie after an elderly woman withdrawing money from a cash point on High Street was attacked and an attempt was made for her cash on May 20, 2019.

Adam Turner

Police appealed for your help in December to find Adam Turner in connection with two stabbings in the heart of Birmingham.

Investigators want to speak to him after the double stabbing following a disorder outside the Tap & Spile pub on Gas Street at around 4.30am on Sunday, November 3.

Martin Meeson

The 30-year-old, of no fixed address, is wanted for breaching a non-molestation order in the Kings Norton area of Birmingham.

Mubeeb Manzor

The 28-year-old from the Sparkhill area is wanted in connection with a robbery and leaving the scene of a collision.

Nepal Das

The longest outstanding wanted face on this list is that of Nepal Das.

Das has been wanted by West Midlands Police since January 2015 but a social media appeal was made on May 29 when officers asked for the publics help to try and find him. A fresh appeal was also made in December 2019.

The appeal claims Das is wanted on suspicion of harassment and theft. He has links to the Small Heath area of Birmingham.

Dominic Service

Have you seen 30-year-old Dominic Service? Officers with West Midlands Police have named Service as a person of interest after a burglary in Sandwell back in March 2019.

Zain Hassan

In June, West Midlands Police appealed to find 24-year-old Zain Hassan.

Hassan is wanted for failing to appear at court for a serious assault. As well as the West Midlands, he also has links to Bradford and Rotherham.

Karl Kali

Police still need your help in tracking down Karl Kali.

An appeal was made on the West Midlands Police Facebook page back in July to find the 36-year-old who is wanted in connection with an assault, breach of a restraining order and recall to prison.

David Southall

Could you help officers find David Southall?

An appeal was made in September to find the 38-year-old is wanted for recall to prison and is known to the Selly Oak area of Birmingham.

Luke Hill

35-year-old Hill, from the Rubery area of Birmingham is wanted for recall to prison for burglary after breaching his licence conditions.

Marcus Delaney

In December, West Midlands Police revealed on their Flickr account they are searching for Marcus Delaney.

The 32-year-old, who has links to the Weoley Castle area of Birmingham, is wanted in connection with a wounding, making threats to kill and other serious offences.

Shane Corcoran

Can you help police find 47-year-old Shane Corcoran?

West Midlands Police believe him to have links to Birmingham and is wanted in connection with a serious wounding in Northfield earlier in 2019.

James Cosnett

Can you help officers track down James Cosnett.

Police made an appeal to find him in December in connection with a number of offences including an assault and an attempt to cause grievous bodily harm.

He is known to the Acocks Green area of Birmingham.

Ryan Morgan

In November, Ryan Morgan was named as a wanted man after being found guilty in his absence of malicious wounding in Solihull.

Leroy Williams

The 33-year-old, of no fixed address, is wanted for a robbery on Elms Road in Sutton Coldfield just before 8.30pm on November 5.

Scott James

Have you seen Scott James.

He was named as a person of interest to West Midlands Police for a number of criminal damage and harassment offences between June and November 2019.

Richard Thornton

The 36-year-old, who has links to the Birmingham area including Sparkbrook and Stechford, is wanted in connection with breaching a restraining order.

Thornton also has links to Nuneaton.
