The judge said it was an “isolated event” referring to Nazir.
“It was not the most blatant disregard for the rules of the road,” she said.
He has been jailed for 30 months.
Turning to Robinson she said:
“You have a record of convictions for 168 offences.
”This was a short-lived episode.
”There are aggravating features.
”It was a disgraceful thing to do to blame Mr Moran for driving that car. You have lost somebody you were close to. “
The judge has jailed him for 38 months and banned him from the roads for four years and seven months.
Now Stockwell: ”It may well be on this particular evening you were in a delicate state of mind. You got behind the wheel to drive on to your home address.
”Your reactions were compromised by the amount you had to drink.”
She has sentenced him to eight months suspended for 12 months
The judge also banned Stockwell from driving for two years
